Refund & Cancellation Policy

Policy Overview

SEO Service USA delivers professional digital marketing services on a monthly retainer or project basis. Because our work involves significant time, research, and expertise invested from the start of each engagement, our refund terms reflect the nature of professional services.

Monthly Retainer Services

Cancellation

Monthly retainer services (SEO, PPC management, ongoing web support) may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice sent through WhatsApp or Telegram. Services continue through the end of the notice period.

Refunds

Monthly retainer fees paid in advance are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. If a cancellation is requested before a billing period begins and the invoice has already been paid, a full refund will be issued within 10 business days.

Pausing services

Clients may request to pause services for up to 60 days in a 12-month period with 14 days' written notice. Paused months will not be billed. Pausing for longer than 60 days may result in the account being treated as a new engagement upon restart.

One-Time Project Work

Web design & development projects

Project fees are typically structured in milestone-based installments. Refund eligibility depends on the project stage at the time of cancellation:

• Before work begins: Full refund of any deposit paid, minus a 10% administrative fee
• Discovery / strategy phase complete: 50% of the milestone payment is non-refundable
• Design or development work delivered: No refund for completed milestones
• Project completed and delivered: No refund

One-time audits or reports

Fees for SEO audits, PPC audits, or strategy reports are non-refundable once the report has been delivered to the client.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

• Third-party costs passed through to the client (Google Ads spend, domain registrations, stock image licences, hosting fees)
• Work already completed and delivered in any format
• Setup fees and onboarding fees
• Services cancelled after the notice period has been served

Disputes & Service Issues

If you believe a service was not delivered as agreed, we encourage you to contact us before requesting a refund. In most cases, issues can be resolved through additional revisions, scope clarification, or a credit toward future work.

Refund requests based on dissatisfaction with results (e.g., search rankings not achieved) are not eligible, as digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Please review our Terms of Service for details on our results disclaimer.

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request:

1. Message us on WhatsApp or Telegram with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Company Name]"
2. Include your invoice number, service type, and the reason for your request
3. We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days
4. Eligible refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval

Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. If a different method is required, please note this in your request.
